I am working for a college called 'College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom' that offers distance learning diploma level courses in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering and Contract Management. 

You know that unprecedented levels of construction projects are planned over the next 20 years in the world especially in the Middle East. Once the students completed the course, they can either come to the top universities in the UK or New Zealand or Australia to continue their degree programmme or easily find a job in New Zealand or the Middle east. IELTS is not mandatory to this course but the knowledge of English is required.
