N'Doye
recently played for Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations.
"He
will undoubtedly strengthen our squad and add a significant goal threat,"
said Hull boss Steve Bruce.
"I'm
delighted to have completed the signing of Dame and I'm looking forward to
seeing him in action for us."
The
Tigers are the joint second lowest scorers in the Premier League this season
with 20 goals from 23 games.
Hull
vice-chairman Ehab Allam said: "It's taken us three weeks and we almost
missed the deadline so it's been fantastic news to get it over the line.
"It's
just been a long day of negotiations, very stressful. It's broken down on
several occasions but Steve was in France with the player and he managed to get it over the
line."
