Mikel Escapes Chelsea Sack!

Jose Mourinho could be forced to sell top keeper Petr Cech because of the club’s failure to flog £50m flop Fernando Torres or John Obi Mikel.
Mourinho has admitted the Stamford Bridge outfit need to sell another player from abroad as the team currently exceeds the foreign-player quota.

With the recent return of club legend Didier Drogba, the Blues currently have 18 foreign players over the age of 21 in their official 25-man squad, meaning they must drop one star.
And new reports claim Chelsea will be forced to sell Cech to French champs Paris St-Germain, because of the lack of interest the two stars they are actively trying to move on, Torres and Mikel.
“From the group you are expecting us to have as a squad, I have to send one away because we have one extra foreign player,” Mourinho said.
“So from all these players, if you think all of them have to stay, you are wrong. One of them has to go.”
It’s understood clubs are being put off by Torres’ £20m price tag and are also unwilling to rival Chelsea’s £175,000-a-week wages.
